With notes in hand and a vision of success, we research, design, and build your itinerary detail-by-detail. Some trips focus on the detail down to minute-by-minute planning; others are relaxed and free flowing. We’re here to design as little or as much as you need.

Once we decide together the best plans for your next trip, you sit back and relax. We get to work negotiating and booking, handling all deadlines, payment schedules, and cancellation policies so we can provide you with all the details you’ll need to embark on the journey ahead.

Traveling well …but not alone. We quietly check in while you’re traveling to see if there is anything else we can facilitate to ensure success. Upon return, we love to listen to feedback, discoveries and stories.

Fees

Fernleaf Travel is a fee-based service. Contact us for a complimentary consultation. Our base consulting, planning and booking fees differ by length and complexity of trip from $100 for hotel research and booking to $350 for full-trip planning, up to 8 days and up to 4 people. Group trips are subject to varying fee structures based on the trip
